Objective
Active Health Clinics wanted to connect with gym-goers at Buzz Gym Winnersh Triangle by promoting injury prevention and physical performance support. The goal was to create a series of posters that would stand out in the changing rooms and speak directly to those training for aesthetics—while encouraging them to consider what’s going on under the hood in terms of joint health, pain, and function.
Solution
We developed a bold, eye-catching poster campaign with gym-relevant visuals and messaging that challenges the viewer’s focus on appearance alone. The lead message, “You look good, but what’s under the hood?”, was designed to grab attention and spark curiosity, encouraging gym members to think about their physical function—not just form.
To support the message, we included a powerful stat: “80% of gym injuries are preventable with early intervention.” This helped drive the point home and position Active Health Clinics as a proactive solution for injury prevention and physical optimisation.
Each poster directed viewers to book a free 15-minute consultation, creating a low-barrier opportunity to connect with the clinic’s team and address any aches, pains, or concerns before they turn into injuries.
Result
The posters created a striking presence in the gym’s changing rooms, engaging a highly relevant audience in a setting where the message truly resonated. The campaign has helped raise awareness of the clinic’s services among gym-goers and generated an increase in interest for free consultations, strengthening Active Health Clinics’ connection with the fitness community and promoting a more proactive approach to physical wellbeing.
