Objective
Sable & Stone, an artisan fragrance brand specialising in handmade massage oils and perfumes, wanted to strengthen their customer communication through email marketing. The goal was to design a complete set of emails that would support the entire customer journey—from first purchase to post-purchase engagement—while maintaining the brand’s luxurious and nature-inspired aesthetic.
Solution
We designed a comprehensive suite of approximately 38 email templates, each created with a specific purpose and customer interaction in mind. The designs were carefully aligned with Sable & Stone’s brand identity, using elegant typography, refined layouts, and subtle visual elements that reflect the premium quality of their products.
Several key customer journeys were prioritised. This included a first order email series, welcoming new customers and introducing them to the brand’s story and values. We also created review request emails designed to encourage feedback and build social proof, as well as brand story emails that help customers connect with the craftsmanship, ingredients, and philosophy behind the products.
In addition, we designed cart abandonment emails aimed at recovering potential lost sales, combining visually appealing product presentation with gentle reminders and calls-to-action.
Each email was structured to be visually engaging while remaining clear and easy to read, ensuring the messaging could guide customers naturally through each stage of their journey.
Result
The completed email library gives Sable & Stone a powerful marketing and communication system that supports customer engagement at every stage of the buying process. With a consistent visual style and clear messaging across all emails, the brand can now nurture relationships with customers, encourage repeat purchases, and reinforce the premium experience that defines Sable & Stone.
