The HR Recruiters

Objective
The HR Recruiters, a specialist HR recruitment agency, needed a full brand identity to establish their voice, visual presence, and appeal to senior-level professionals. The brand had to strike a careful balance: refined and professional to appeal to decision-makers, while still embracing a distinctly feminine tone to reflect the founder’s personality and company culture.

Solution
Working alongside Rumour Mill Creative, we developed a full brand suite including a logo, colour palette, typography, supporting imagery, and brand direction. The goal was to reflect the values and personality of the business through a design that felt elegant, accessible, and confident—without leaning into masculine tropes.

The final logo design used a refined typographic approach, subtly integrating “The HR” with “Recruiters” to represent the concept of cultural fit—an essential part of effective hiring. The typeface and composition delivered a sense of sophistication and clarity, with just the right amount of softness to convey a more feminine, human-centred approach.

To support the brand, we also proposed creative directions that offered flexibility in tone—from a sleek, cocktail-bar inspired “consultini” concept through to a more classic, elegant brand style using soft imagery and delicate patterns. This gave the brand space to evolve while staying consistent and recognisable.

Result
The brand delivered for The HR Recruiters positioned them with strength and elegance in a traditionally corporate market. The identity now confidently reflects their values and appeal—professional, but with personality—and provides a dynamic visual toolkit they can apply across digital, print, and social platforms as they grow.
